Press To Flush

So things seem to be happening again around the house, but only little odd things. Today I come home from work and walk into my bathroom to use the shower, when I notice the button on the top of my toilet is raised up, and unscrewed.

Now I know a lot of you are going to think I'm crazy, but I'm not, I just have an eye for detail, and something like this draws my attention. I can also say 100% that the button wasn't unscrewed yesterday as I used the shower in the same room, and would of noticed it then.

The button is meant to sit flush with the top of the toilet like this.

Again it's only a very small detail, but as I now plan on posting everything that happens, well this was one of the first things since Sunday to have happened. Also adding to this, I did ask my girlfriend if she had noticed the button wasn't right, and like myself, she hasn't been here all day, so knew nothing about it.
